myRun ID Privacy
myRun ID is your global runner passport and a private lost-and-found service, operated alongside hashiRun. Your existing profile visibility settings determine what appears on your public passport.
Private Recovery Conversations
We use a verified finder email, messages, photos, item status, and delivery records to connect the finder and owner. Participant email addresses are not displayed to each other. Share only the pickup details you want the other participant to know. Moderators may inspect reported conversations and access is logged.
Photos and Notifications
Shared recovery photos use protected access and are processed to remove embedded location metadata. Notifications ask you to open your private conversation rather than including the message. Your original upload is retained privately while the report remains available.
Retention and Deletion
Unverified reports are removed after 2 days. Completed or archived conversations are removed after 90 days. Reported abuse evidence is retained for 365 days for safety review. A finder can request ordinary conversation deletion after 7 days from the conversation controls. Open conversations remain until closed, deleted, or subject to account closure. Backup and provider retention may differ.
Pause recovery contact in My Tags, block/report unwanted contact in your conversation, or contact hello@hashirun.com for access, correction, owner deletion requests, or a privacy concern.
